c74221839b temurin-bin, semeru-bin: init at 17.0.3, adoptopenjdk-bin: remove 13, 14, 17 
AdoptOpenJDK Hotspot is now Eclipse Temurin and AdoptOpenJDK OpenJ9 is
now IBM Semeru Runtime.

Adds `temurin-bin` and `semeru-bin` packages.

AdoptOpenJDK 13, 14, and 15 is no longer supported.  AdoptOpenJDK 13 and
14 are removed.  AdoptOpenJDK 15 is left only for some packages
depending it.

hip: fix hip cmake config 
Update paths in cmake config files provided by HIP and hipamd to the proper
location in the Nix store. Previously these files were trying to find headers
in a way that assumes the typical ROCm installation (where everything is in
/opt/rocm). This resulted in a bunch of errors when trying to compile HIP
projects that are configured with cmake, like include paths that were set
incorrectly or header paths that were not found.

b6fc00b8f4 rustc: propagate libiconv on darwin 
Rust binaries are unconditionally linked to libiconv on Darwin (see https://github.com/rust-lang/libc/issues/2870). We already add it as a dependency in `buildRustPackage`, so let's go a step further and propagate it.

bd332c848c llvm*: Don't show progress bar on tests 
Since the progress bar results in large output that is broken due to the use of
ncurses and we already use the flag that gives verbose output on test failures,
let's just disable the progress bar.

6c6f4a9724 llvm*: Fix core usage in tests 
lit (LLVM Integrated Tester) [0] by default uses as many threads as the build host
has cores, ignoring the user's core settings for the build.
This passes the configured core count on to lit, along with LLVM's default
settings for it which we otherwise override in the process [1].

ca4361d5de dmd: disable whitespace-sensitive tests for binutils-2.39 
Without the change two tests fail on `binutils-2.39` due to whitespace
change in `objdump` output as:

    FAILED targets:
    - runnable/cdvecfill.sh
    - compilable/cdcmp.d

Let's disable the tests until they are fixed upstream:

fb91bfc380 compiler-rt: build builtins on darwin 
The missing xcrun meant builtins were missing from darwin. This
apparently wasn't an issue until now, but is in projects using
`@available` checks. (The ARM64 hack was apparently the previous
solution to fixing broken SDK detection.)

01dd4610f8 dotnetCorePackages.combinePackages: refactor 
This refactors the combinePackages function to properly combine the
different .NET versions as the previous version was copying already
wrapped binary which wasn't pointing to the combined directories'
binary and it also wasn't linking the /sdk-manifests directory.

A few other miscellaneous files like LICENSE.txt, nix-support dir and
ThirdPartyNotices.txt weren't being copied either which resulted in an
incomplete .NET installation in the combined directory.

The passthrough.icu property was also not being set which resulted in us
being unable to use the result of this function in buildDotnetModule.

376625d40f llvmPackages_git: 2022-01-07 -> 2022-25-07, add README 
The new LLVM commit is just before the LLVM 15 fork off.

The readme describing upgrade process so it is easier for others to do.

1f7186ab5c libgccjit: don't try to enter into non-existent $lib output 
Fixes build failure on `staging-next` introduced by commit c817efe6
("gcc: extend stripping of .a libraries and .o objects"):

    ...-bootstrap-stage3-stdenv-linux/setup: line 106: pushd: no other directory

Build failure happens because `libgccjit` has different `outputs` layout
compared to the rest of `gcc` derivations:

     outputs = [ "out" "man" "info" ] ++ lib.optional (!langJit) "lib";

The change carves out `$lib` lib handling part to avoid `gcc` rebuild
in `staging-next`.

I can't think of any good reason it was the way it was before. I think
CMake can be made to install the headers too, but this is a fine first

ec590fdd24 llvmPackages_rocm: compile as one derivation 
This is the supported way rocm is tested.
It makes packaging in nix a *lot* easier (see the code size).

An important change is the dontLink detection in the clang/clang++
wrapper script: When compiling with --cuda-device-only,
the linker must not be set, otherwise e.g. the blender kernels fail to
compile.

d0706da55e haskell.compiler.ghc941: bootstrap using (binary) GHC 8.10.7 
This shortens the bootstrap chain for 9.4.1 and should be kinder on
rebuilds. It requires some messing around in the configure file, since
it is not officially supported by upstream (but known to work). For now
it saves us the hassle of adding another bindist to nixpkgs. When we
support hadrian, we'll be able to use the already packaged 9.2.2
bindist.

0a9c3640d3 rustc: set crt-static flag 
The crt-static option selects if the C runtime is linked dynamically or
statically into the resulting binaries.

There is a default value of this setting for each platform, but it is
not always what we want. For example, musl targets are assumed to always
have the C runtime linked statically, but we support both.

In practise, this fixes an error in the pkgsMusl.rustc build:
> cannot produce dylib for `rustc_driver v0.0.0 (/build/rustc-1.63.0-src/compiler/rustc_driver)` as the target `x86_64-unknown-linux-musl` does not support these crate types

886280e8a9 buildDotnetModule: include sdk-specific packages in nuget source 
Some packages are defined by the build proccess, and change every time
the dotnet-sdk package changes. To avoid having to regenerate every
dependant packages dependencies every dotnet update, this moves these
packages into the `dotnet-sdk` `passthru` attribute, and includes them
every time `buildDotnetModule` is used.

a6daffb118 gcc: factor out $linkLib64toLib, move it from bash to nix 
This commit factors out the conditional which creates the `lib64->lib`
symlink in the `preInstall` phase, and calculates its value in nix
code rather than bash code so touching it doesn't cause a global
rebuild on every platform.

mips32 binaries in `lib` and mips64n32 binaries in `lib32`.  So we
need similar symlinks there.  This may come up on other ILP32
platforms as well, so a general-purpose variable name is provided.
