runInLinuxImage: Fix derivation overriding.

This only ever worked because runInLinuxVM happened to call
overrideDerivation, which itself erroneously passed arbitrarily-added
attributes to the new call to derivation.

Hopefully this time Eelco won't have to revert my change ;)
