linuxKernel: respect config.allowAliases
In Nixpkgs, we generally gate throws for package removals behind config.allowAliases (as seen elsewhere in this very file already!), which has nice properties like making it possible to test evaluation of all the packages in an attrset that are expected to evaluate by disabling aliases.
